Veganitas

Veganitas is a fully vegan restaurant in Zurich, specializing in freshly baked pitas and known as one of Switzerland's first vegan fast-food companies. It was founded by childhood friends Mirko and Beppe, who started as a food truck in 2018 and have since expanded to include a permanent location in Zurich, as well as spots in Bern and Lucerne.

The main offering is pitas, made with freshly baked bread and a variety of fillings, including vegan meat alternatives like Planted.Chicken, Beyond Burger, seitan, tempeh, and jackfruit, along with fresh vegetables and homemade sauces. In addition to pitas, the menu includes: snacks such as Crispy French fries, loaded fries with various toppings, jackfruit nuggets and falafel; homemade sweets like cookies and cheesecakes; and a selection of local and house-made beverages.
